- Our online booking system DOES NOT show availability! It is  an appointment request ONLY and DOES NOT guarantee confirmation!

- It is recommended all appointments are scheduled at least 7 days prior to desired day/time. PLEASE NOTE THE DAY/TIME YOU SELECT MAY OR MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE! Once you submit your request you will receive an email within 24 hours confirming your appointment or offering an alternate date (please check spam/junk mail). 

- In order to guarantee we allocate sufficient time for your appointment, you MUST select the main styling service and include any additional services in the comment section.  IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE ADDITIONAL SERVICES in the appointment request we have the right to refuse services on the day of your appointment!

- Services START at the price listed and can increase based on the length/texture of hair and/or chosen style. 

- Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE! If you submit a deposit and the appointment is not available, you will be offered another appointment date/time or you may select from remaining availability.  

- Deposits may be forfeited if appointments are not cancelled within 48 hours, after 2nd cancellation or used within 6 months.

- A late fee of $25 may be assessed and/or required to reschedule if more than 15 minutes late for appointments. 

- A cancellation fee of $25 may be assessed or deposit forfeited if appointments are not cancelled within 24 hours.  

- Same day appointments may be assessed a "last minute booking fee"!

- Due to liability reasons, NO CHILDREN ALLOWED unless being serviced!
