TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By accessing and/or purchasing from our website, Customer agrees to be subject to the following terms and conditions. Rights, obligations, limitations, and exclusions are included below and may apply to purchases. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update the term & conditions, prices, products, policies, and procedures without prior notice and at the discretion of Management. Please be sure to check for any changes or updates at the time of purchase.
All products sold are made from the most natural and highest quality materials and ingredients. Due to the nature of the products, it may be subject to a slight variation from photos on the website. We will work to be as close as possible in fulfilling orders.
Please be forewarned, refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with texture, color, natural tapering, split ends, consistency, ingredients, or concerns that are typical of natural human hair extensions or products. We maintain a very high level of quality assurance, and all products are subject to a rigorous process to make sure Customers are receiving the best quality possible. All orders are prepared, professionally packaged and thoroughly inspected before shipping.
Custom Wig Units are available upon request. Each unit is specially customized and ordered based on Customer’s recommendations. CUSTOM ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL IN ADVANCE! CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED!
Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9am EST. to 7pm EST. Orders placed before 2pm EST. will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST. will ship out the following business day. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame Customer selects during the checkout process on the website. Please note: 2-day and 3-day shipping does not include processing time.
Terms of sale are based on product availability. We will do our best to keep all products in stock. If a product(s) is out of stock, we will update the website as soon as possible. If any product(s) is out of stock, unavailable or if we are unable to fulfill an order after it is placed, we will contact the Customer immediately about receiving an alternative product(s) that may be available. If we are unable to offer a suitable replacement and Customer wishes to terminate the sale we will refund the full amount charged to the credit card used.
Please note: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. If change is made after sale, we will notify the Customer of any corrections or changes and ask for approval before we complete the order. We do not offer any price adjustments during sales or promotions.
Payment is always due IN FULL prior to shipping of the product(s). We accept Paypal and all major credit cards. As soon as orders are placed online the Customer’s credit card will be charged. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If the billing address is different than the shipping address, Customer will be required to complete a credit card authorization form and forward supporting documentation before shipment is released. If this is necessary a Representative will contact Customer promptly after the order has been processed.
Please note signatures may be required on all deliveries (if option is selected and paid upon checkout). Shipping costs are calculated by a third party shipper. We will offer insurance (if option is selected and paid upon checkout) for the product(s) in line with the offerings of the third party shipper.
We highly recommend orders are placed far in advance to allow for shipping problems, production errors and/or any other issues that may arise in fulfilling orders. We will submit an estimated delivery date when orders are placed based on the information we receive from the third party shipper. We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please also keep in mind that Sundays and holidays do not constitute as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping options. If a package is delayed, we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If Customer requires additional information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
FAILED DELIVERIES | REFUSED SHIPMENT | INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information thoroughly before submitting orders. Make sure ALL information (address, apartment number, etc.) is detailed to deliver your package successfully. Orders will only be shipped to the address provided in checkout. It is extremely important the most accurate and complete information is submitted to ensure timely delivery. If an address correction needs to be made after a shipment has been processed, Customer will be charged any additional fees associated with the correction. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect/inadequate address, Customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS!
If a package has been tracked and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit, Customer should contact us immediately. If it is determined the shipment has been lost, a replacement will be sent pending an investigation.
THIS POLICY EXCLUDES CUSTOM ORDERS! CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED!
Refunds will not be offered for return product(s). Should the return be received within 30 calendar days, we will gladly offer an exchange (per our standard policy) or credit toward future purchase. Customer is responsible for all return shipping unless there was an error on our part. If a product(s) is received that is deemed defective, Customer should contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Although no refunds are permitted we will address the quality issue immediately. If the product(s) has been used, worn or altered in any way, RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED! If an incorrect product(s) was shipped, once it is returned from Customer, we will kindly ship an immediate replacement.
THIS POLICY EXCLUDES CUSTOM ORDERS! CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED! If Customer is not completely satisfied with the product(s) purchased it may be exchanged for a selection of equal or greater value under the following conditions: Exchange Time Frame: Customer must contact us within 30 days of receipt of product(s). Any exchange request after this time frame will not be honored. Product(s) must be in original condition/packaging. There should be no evidence of use, wearing or alteration. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition/packaging. If the product(s) being exchanged is received in any other condition it will be returned in the same method as the original order at Customer’s expense. Replacement Value: Product(s) must be exchanged for another of equal or greater value. Please be forewarned, no credit will be given if a replacement is selected of a lesser value. Customer will be responsible for the difference in value between the original product(s) and the replacement order. Shipping Charges: In order to process an exchange, the unwanted product(s) should be returned at Customer’s expense. Customer is required to ship through a carrier that provides tracking and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. Once the return product(s) has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product(s) has been returned unused, in its original condition/packaging we will exchange the product(s) for another of equal or greater value.
EXCHANGES ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON CLEARANCE OR SALE ITEMS!
This policy is related to the use of any information collected on patrons. This includes information about the Customer that is personally identifiable such as name, address, e-mail address, phone number, as well as "Anonymous Information," which is information that is not associated with or linked to the Customer’s personal information and does not result in identification in any way (order details /history) etc.
We receive and store all personal information entered on our website or provided to us in any other form. We use the information provided to process orders, respond to requests, and for future communication only.
Periodically we may email newsletters, announcements of new products and sales, notifications of changes to our policies, and order confirmations. If Customer does not wish to receive e-mails from us, other than order notifications and receipts, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will remove from our contact list immediately.
We work to protect the security of our Customers personal information during transmission by using software that encrypts information provided to us during the process of placing orders. We will never mishandle, compromise or provide our Customers account, contact, or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless absolutely necessary in order to complete a transaction and order. Please note, as a further measure to protect our Customers, we do not retain credit card or payment information.
